We recently announced the closing of Ping.fm. Early this year, we release Seesmic Ping, as successor to Ping.fm with a number of valuable features that helps make sharing easy.
We offered Ping.fm as a free service for many years, but found it to be challenging to maintain and scale this product, much less improve it with features. As such, our best solution was to start fresh with Seesmic Ping.
Based on previous usage of Ping.fm, we included the most used services to Seesmic Ping, and we're looking to add more networks based on our feedback site. To help us prioritize the next services to add, please submit/vote for suggestions on the feedback site.
To further support development and upcoming features, we will offer Seesmic Ping as both a free and paid service. More information will be available very soon.
